Telepractice and the Fagan Center for Communication
Telepractice is a method of delivering therapy online using a computer in the patients home or school. A telepractice session occurs in real time and face-to-face with Dr. Fagan. Telepractice sessions occur via a secure, HIPAA compliant method. Therapy sessions are scheduled just as any other therapy session – at a certain date and time. The patient is “invited” to join the session at the given time. Each will see and hear Dr. Fagan (in real time) in the corner of the screen while being able to use the keyboard or mouse at home to interact with what she has put up on the screen.
